Cambridge Managed Workspace Study
Working with our friends at Building Partnerships Ltd. and Cheffins, we are currently delivering a major study for South Cambridge District Council and the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority on the provision managed workspace, business incubation and co-working hubs across the area.
Focussing on unlocking investment and growth on Enterprise Zone sites in Cambourne, Northstowe, and Cambridge Research Park, our teams are providing detailed research, consultation and analysis on the demand for new and different types of workspace from new start-up facilities, flexible office space, innovation and co-working hubs, and grow-on space options for high-growth businesses.
Our report identifies a number of targeted development opportunities mapped against growing demand for new workspace across the county, encouraging development of employment space at new towns such as Northstowe, and the continued growth of the Cambridge cluster. It will inform future investment and development on the three EZ sites.
Building Partnerships and Nautilus have worked together to explore development and infrastructure opportunities on more than 17x EZ sites across the country, ranging from mitigating site development constraints, financing options, understanding utility needs, and delivering a range of feasibility and demand studies for next generation innovation and enterprise workspace.
